Support is available between 8am and 8pm. Kawuleza support staff will gladly assist clients during these times. Clients can also use our support ticket system found in your client portal. Please note we are a communications company and as such we do not do internal network support, please contact your IT company for internal network support!
Emergency support after 8pm is available and the contact numbers are available on our contacts page. Please note that should we give support after 8pm and the fault is found to not be on our network but rather an internal problem, support will be billed at our after hour rate of R750.00 per hour or part there of.
